Welcome to the Parent’s general information page.
All JGFA player families are required to complete 9 hours of volunteer work within the association each year. Families with 2 or more players are required to complete 12 hours. 6 volunteer hours are required at the Jordan Summer Bash Tournament. If we host a State Tournament for your player’s team, an additional 3 hours per family will be required.
The volunteer hours deposit checks for the 2026 season will be $400/player. The volunteer hour deposit checks will be destroyed upon your completion of your family’s volunteer hour requirements for the year.
Being a Board Member fulfills all required hours for the year but do have duties to fulfill at the tournament.
Being a Head Coach, Assistant Coach or Team Manager fulfills your volunteer hours for the year, except 3 hours being required at the tournament. It is encouraged that you fulfill open hours at the tournament if you have additional availability.
